On March 3, 2026, Tavola Notte concludes its dinner series with an unforgettable evening led by Chef Kenneth Minton III of Denver's Coperta. Known for his devotion to scratch cooking and seasonal ingredients, Chef Kenny draws from the soulful traditions of Italian cuisine while showcasing the best of Colorado’s farmers and ranchers—creating a menu that feels both rustic and refined.
A thoughtfully composed progression will unfold throughout the evening, each course paired with select Italian wines chosen to complement and elevate every bite. The result is a seamless dialogue between plate and glass.
Warm, intimate, and deeply personal, this final Tavola Notte promises a celebratory close to the series, where expressive wines and a shared table come together for one last unforgettable night.
