Select Tuesdays during the A Tavola Winter Market, Tavola Notte welcomes just 20 guests for an intimate pop-up dinner series featuring renown guest chefs.

The First Dinner is Set!

TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026

Reserve your seat for the debut of Tavola Notte, an intimate evening of food, conversation, and shared plates, featuring visiting chef John Courtney of Chop Shop in Park City, Utah.

The evening opens with boards of quarter- and half-sandwiches for the table: classic jambon beurre on sourdough baguette and roasted turkey with pesto, provolone, pickled onion, and sprouts on sourdough focaccia, served alongside a warm tomato soup shooter.

A bright winter chicory salad follows, with shaved fennel and carrot, citrus, candied walnuts, and Meyer lemon vinaigrette, leading into roast chicken with mascarpone polenta, chanterelles, and pomodoro.

Dessert features Pastel de Nata, with coffee or tea, and a box of cookies to take home.

Only 20 seats at the table.
